All intellectual property rights in the Neuorix LLC website, our products, our brand, and the underlying technology - including but not limited to HSecure, QuantumShield Auditor, Pixel Flow, Spend, PropEase, and PiP - are and remain the exclusive property of Neuorix LLC. This includes all source code, algorithms, architectures, designs, methodologies, documentation, research, and documentation produced by or on behalf of Neuorix LLC.

This policy sets out the rights we reserve and the obligations that apply to any person or organization that accesses, evaluates, or interacts with our products, website, or materials. Nothing on this site or in any product constitutes a grant of any license, right, or title unless expressly stated in writing by an authorized officer of Neuorix LLC.

Trademarks and Brand

Any use of Neuorix names, logos, or branding must comply with our brand guidelines and may not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Neuorix LLC unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized use of our branding or any confusingly similar marks is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable law.

Trade Secrets and Confidential Technology

HSecure, QuantumShield Auditor, and all related security software tools embody proprietary algorithms, verification methodologies, trust-scoring architectures, and analytical processes that constitute valuable trade secrets of Neuorix LLC. The specific technical mechanics, internal architecture, and implementation details of these systems are intentionally not disclosed publicly to preserve their protective value and intellectual property status.

No user, evaluator, partner, or third party acquires any right, title, or interest in these trade secrets through access to or use of our products, website, marketing materials, or documentation. Any attempt to discover, extract, reconstruct, or otherwise appropriate these trade secrets - including through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, probing, or systematic observation of product behavior - is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this policy and applicable law.

Patents and Pending Applications

Neuorix LLC actively pursues patent protection for novel inventions and processes where appropriate. Certain technologies embodied in HSecure and our other security products may be the subject of issued patents or pending patent applications in the United States and other jurisdictions.

This notice is provided in accordance with 35 U.S.C. § 287 and equivalent international provisions. The absence of a specific patent marking on any product or feature does not constitute a waiver of any patent rights held by Neuorix LLC.

Protected Product Portfolio

The following products and technologies are subject to the intellectual property protections described in this policy:

• -HSecure - real-time trustworthiness verification for AI systems and real-world systems, including all trust-scoring methodologies, verification algorithms, and related architectures.
• -QuantumShield Auditor - API-first post-quantum cryptography vulnerability scanning, compliance reporting, and migration guidance technology.
• -Pixel Flow - pixel art and game asset production engine, including all production workflows, tooling, and asset-handling systems.
• -Spend, PropEase, and PiP - consumer and business software applications, including all features, designs, and underlying technology.
• -All research initiatives, prototypes, and exploratory technologies developed by or on behalf of Neuorix LLC.

Prohibited Conduct

Without limiting any other provision of this policy, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• -Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Neuorix product, component, or software.
• -Extracting, reconstructing, or attempting to discover any proprietary algorithm, methodology, architecture, or data structure used in or by our products.
• -Using any automated tool, bot, scraper, or probe to access, monitor, or test our products or infrastructure for the purpose of discovering internal mechanics.
• -Creating derivative works based on any Neuorix product, design, branding, or content without written authorization.
• -Misrepresenting any Neuorix product, or any portion thereof, as your own or as being endorsed by or affiliated with Neuorix LLC.
• -Using Neuorix trademarks, product names, or branding in a manner that implies partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without written authorization.

Enforcement

Neuorix LLC takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously. We will pursue all available legal remedies - including injunctive relief, damages, and criminal referrals where applicable - against any person or organization that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates our intellectual property rights.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use or potential infringement of Neuorix intellectual property, please report it promptly to support@neuorix.com.

License and Permission Requests

Any request for a license, permission, or authorization to use Neuorix intellectual property must be submitted in writing to support@neuorix.com. No license or permission is granted unless expressly agreed in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Neuorix LLC.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Intellectual Property policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
